TryOn is a fashion discovery platform that aggregates clothing from supported retailers and provides an AI-powered virtual try-on feature. TryOn is not a retailer and does not sell any products directly. All purchases are made through third-party retailer websites.

3. Virtual Try-On Feature

The virtual try-on feature uses AI to overlay garment images onto photos you upload. By using this feature, you agree that:

  • You will only upload photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use.
  • You will not upload inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content.
  • Try-on results are approximations and may not perfectly represent how a garment will look in person.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not misuse the service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
  • Not use the app to distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Third-Party Purchases

When you click "Buy" on a product, you will be redirected to the retailer's website. Any transactions, including payment, shipping, returns, and customer service, are handled entirely by the retailer. TryOn is not responsible for any issues arising from purchases made on third-party websites.

6. Intellectual Property

Product images, descriptions, and pricing displayed in TryOn are sourced from supported retailers and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. The TryOn app, its design, and its features are the property of TryOn. Brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed in TryOn are the property of their respective owners. Their presence does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with TryOn.

7. Limitation of Liability

TryOn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to issues with virtual try-on accuracy, product availability, pricing discrepancies, or third-party retailer transactions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of TryOn after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
